How to Order:

You can only order by email: info@milly-me.nl Once I have received your email you will get a confirmation email within 1-3 days. The confirmation email holds all details and payment information.

Will you please let me know when you order:

- your home address;

- your email address and email address that belongs to your Paypal account;

- how you wish to pay: by banktransfer, by Paypal or by creditcard via Paypal;

- your ordernumber;

- send by regular priority shipping or insured priority shipping.

Shipping - Delivery:

Shipping costs are variable. It depends on the weight of the envelope/package. Exact shipping costs will be send in your confirmation mail.

International and Overseas buyers: please ask for exact shipping costs before you buy!

All orders will be shipped with TNT-Post (Royal Dutch Mail) priority and uninsured.

All teddybears & doll clothes will be send in a package.

Except for the teddybears. They will be dispatched with adequate insurance!

 Please note that I cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged packages send by  priority uninsured mail.

Should you require safe shipping you may purchase the priority (extra) insured  mail. Priority (extra) insured mail will require that you have to sign for the package when it is delivered to you.

For problems with priority (extra) insured mail within and outside the EU I will use the TNT postal rules for insured mail. A maximum of € 50,00 will be refunded upon loss or damage package within and outside the EU.

In case an priority insured package does not arrive or is damaged please let me know. In that case I will refund you the money when I get refunded by TNT Post.

A package more than 2 kg. will be send priority extra insured. A maximum of € 500,00 will be refunded upon loss or damage package within  the EU and a maximum of € 146,00 outside the EU. You have to sign for the package and ordertracking via www.tracktrace.nl

 Besides the actual shipping costs (i.e. postage) I will charge € 0,50 (for envelopes) and  € 1,50 (for packages) as handling fees

( i.e. packaging materials). I also have to add Paypal fees when you pay by Paypal (check: Terms & Conditions how I calculate Paypal fees.)
