look as possible over the internet.

All my items come from a 100% smoke free invironment.

Please also read my return and refund policy below. If you have any doubts about anything  on my website, please ask BEFORE you order!

All my reborn doll clothes are not meant to be used as baby clothes. The clothes are meant for collectible dolls which should be handed with great care. Care instructions will be included in the shipment and should be followed to ensure lasting quality.

The teddybears are not meant as toys and are intented for the adult collertor only!

International & Overseas buyers:

EU buyers can pay by bank transfer using your international IBAN number. For international buyers: I only accept Paypal.

I will take Paypal with CONFIRMED ADDRESSES ONLY! NO EXCEPTIONS! If your address cannot be confirmed you will be refunded.

I accept creditcard funded payments. Paypal is my creditcard agent. On all payments made by Paypal I will have to charge extra Paypal fees: € 0,35 plus 3,4% (over the total purchase sum). 

In both cases when I overcharge money, I will always refund your money. I will send you a Paypal invoice when you wish to pay by Paypal. (I calculate the total costs with the Paypal Calculator).

After you placed your order I will email you with all the necessary payment details.

I ask, to provide any delay. 

Delivery only by pre-cash. Please only pay after you have received a confirmation by email and Paypal invoice. After payment is completed, your order will be shipped within the next three workingdays from Den Ham OV,  Netherlands. I will send an email when your order is posted.

Returns & Refunds:

I will only accept returns and refund ONLY if the item received was drastically different than was described on the website. Request and reason for refund MUST be made within 24 hours after receiving an item. I also realize taste varies so please ask questions before you buy. I can't stress this enough.

I respect my work and my products and I inspect all the goods before they will be shipped to you.

I will not refund shipping costs unless I made a mistake.

I cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged packages send by regular priority mail!

If you wish, you can require priority (extra) insured mail.
